The other bracletes I have on are sandal wood beads from Tibertian monks, and a wrap braclete my mother gave me. Life is sweet and stylish. What conscious Arm Candy are your rocking? Please write a comment and post a photo below of your amazing arms with Arm Candy. :)
Spiritual Conscious Arm Candy. No this is not about having a hot man on my arm who is spiritually conscious, (though that would be nice). I'm taking about the new trend of Arm Candy, displaying lots of bracelets on your arms. Getting ready this early evening I put on three bracelets on my right arm that represent my style and consciousness. I feel arm candy is best matched with pretty jewelry and conscious causes. Take Calm 4 Kids. I found out about them when I received this braclete at a Brew fest, (where I didn't consume any alcohol). It was my most favorite booth to come across. They help prevent child abuse and help kids heal from trama and child abuse. They do this through many different ways based in traditional theropies. I had a great conversation with the representative about Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and re-inspired me to offer more of my healing services. This is a cause I can support as I have seen how those who have been abused as a child can have major difficulties in their adult lives from the trama they endured as a child. Traditional Theropy and EFT can help heal those wounds in a healthy way for the adult who has suffered child abuse. As well as the child right after or before such things happen. What a better way to start dealing and healing with such tragic things then right when they are occurring or shorty there after. Having a child learning how to deal and clear at an early age before growing up help prevent miss using their healing process in an unhealthy way. Super support for http://care4kids.org. Luckily part of the Brew fest's proceeds went to helping support this charity. But somewhat ironic when you think of the abusers whom a high percentage of probably abuse when consuming alcohol and beer. Giving back, right?

At Cosmic Luv - a fundraiser for Lovers Nest camp at the upcoming Lucidity Festival, cosmic clothes turned up. Specifically those who dressed alike without even knowing or planning before hand. I had a telepathic twin in James who whore teal pants and a white top just like I. There were also others who whore scrafs with the OM and other spiritual symbols printed on. Two cheetah girls showed up with cheetah twin leggings. The highlight of my night was seeing Shylah Ray Sunshine perform. Hope you enjoy her singer her song "Truthfully." Do you ever follow the bliss of what is in your flow? Or do you do what you think you should be doing? I got to admit, I try to do as I should but the flow bug bites me every time! Instead of focusing on what I thought I should have done today to be productive, I followed my flow. And guess what? I was still productive. Focusing on what flows is my new mantra. And today that lead me to a new place I had never been before. The world famous surf spot, Rincon Point. In switching my thinking from should to could, I allowed myself to be spontaneous and in the flow.
Now I wasn't really dressed for the beach being in a black dress. But the fact that it was a tank dress with a side slit helped me to cool off. Therefore I didn't melt in the 75 degree weather (yes 75 in the middle of Jan) wearing black on the beach, absorbing too much of the sun's infrared. The statement piece necklace I made isn't really a beach style necklace. But it pops well on the dress and looks uber looks chic. And hey I got a complement on it from one of the surfers! The symbol on the necklace represents to me a balanced cross. The energy of the balanced cross is
that of a central meeting place of divine energies. Can also be seen as a spiritual compass. And navigate I did, right to the right place at the right time. To meet some old school photographers. Yes old school as they have been around a while and old school as in the equipment they use. Full on 1800's style, antique accordion style cam. Basically the first cameras ever invented. The photog; Joni Sternbach. She was on the beach to take photos of surfers for her new book. Who did I catch her taking a photo of? Former world champion surfer, Shaun Tompson. Going from not planning on coming to a beach, to meeting a world class professional surfer and classic professional photographer, I'd say that is SUPER FLOW! Shaun is also a motivational speaker and author of the book, The Code: The Power Of ‘I Will'. Joni is from New York. This will be her 2nd photo book on surfers. You can find out more from Shaun and Joni on

http://shauntomson.com/ Be sure to watch my vlog below all about the Spontaneous Flow! Ganesha, The hindu deity know as the remover of obstacles, has been helping me out. I made this necklace recently and ever since I have been wearing it, I feel more confidence moving about life. Moving through fear, while being protected by what is not needing to be in my energy field. Ganesh is also the god of beginnings. And my oh my have I been going through transitions. Closing one thing and begging a new. Though it's just a necklace, sometimes it helps to have something small outside of you represent something big inside of you. The qualities of Ganesh are helping to bring out those qualities within myslef. The necklace is a reminder of that for me. To be strong and courageous moving right on through to something new! As MC Yogi says "Ganesh is Fresh." Enjoy the music video below and I hope it inspires you to feel confident in the new too. Today I went to super special secret beach for a yoga photoshoot! The pictures turned out amazing and so was the sunset! I love taking pics and filming the sun setting. I had just created this buddha necklace last night. It's made with brown hemp, brass and plastic beads. I am wearing Good Works wrap band bracelet. Good Works donates a portion of their sales to charities that do good, from helping the homeless to get jobs to feeding the needy. You can see more of what they do here. Fashion with an inspiration and purpose! i love it.
My pink bracelet has these encouraging words wrapped around the entire bracelet. "I AM BEAUTIFUL, amazing, unique, exceptional, fantastic, fabulous, wonderful, spectacular, one of a kind, special, awesome, extraordinary, talented, SMART, courageous, strong, honorable, remarkable, indestructible, and I can accomplish anything. Good Works, Make a Difference." What a great reminder to have on your wrist. Mantras on a braclet. Great Conscious Fashion!
